ABOUT US
Bandra has always been a happening place. Over 100 years ago, it was the pride of Salsette. Today, however, the landscape within the Queen of the Suburbs has changed. It still sets an example for the rest of Mumbai as a melting pot of activity and culture, with a large number of restaurants, thriving nightlife and an educational hub. No wonder it attracts a cross-section of people, all wanting to make it their home. Its residents proudly call themselves 'Bandraites', a pride that stems from the enormous wealth of culture and talent that exists in this beautiful suburb.
The Times Celebrate Bandra Festival began in 2003. It was conceptualized with a view to bring people together through world-class entertainment that is free of cost and accessible to all. In the process, we showcase professional talent and provide a platform for budding talent to grow. Funds from the Festival are channeled to support deserving social projects in a vibrant Bandra community.
